AA+ Digital LLC provides digital marketing services, graphic design materials, and personal digital services as described in the agreed-upon service package.

3. Payments and Fees

Payment terms and fees are outlined in the service agreement. Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension of services.

4. Confidentiality

Any information shared with the Company (AA+ Digital LLC) will be treated as confidential. The Company (AA+ Digital LLC) will not disclose confidential information to third parties without the client's consent.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property developed or provided by the Company (AA+ Digital LLC) during the provision of services remains the property of the Company unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with a written notice. Termination may result in the cessation of services and the settlement of any outstanding fees.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Company (AA+ Digital LLC)  shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the services.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of company's jurisdiction.

9. Changes to Terms

The Company (AA+ Digital LLC) reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.
